How we work

A Florida shop, registered and estimating first

Hyabusa LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L05000014466, filed in 2005, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations. The shop is registered as a motor vehicle repair facility with FDACS under [FDACS MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR REGISTRATION NUMBER].

Under the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act you are entitled to a written estimate before work begins, to authorise anything beyond it, and to ask for your old parts back — ask before we start and you will get them. We do not do collision repair, frame straightening or paintwork. And if a modification would make your bike non-compliant on the road, we will tell you before fitting it.

The questions we get most

Will the bill match the estimate?

Unless you authorise something else, yes. If we find more, we stop and call you — we do not add work and explain afterwards.

Can I supply my own parts?

Yes. We will quote fit-only and check the fitment before booking, because wrong-fitment online purchases are extremely common. We cannot warrant a part we did not supply.

My bike has an intermittent fault. Can you find it?

Sometimes, and we will be honest about the odds. We diagnose rather than replacing parts one at a time at your expense, and we will tell you if it is beating us.

Do you do crash damage?

No. Collision repair, frame work and paint go to specialist shops, and we will point you to one.

Can I get my old parts back?

Yes, if you ask before work starts. It is your right in Florida and we are happy to do it.

Will loud pipes pass inspection?

Exhaust and lighting modifications can make a machine non-compliant on the public road. We will fit what you ask and tell you plainly where it leaves you.
